The TRUCUT ALPHA~2 is offered with these features:

Mat Board up to 32" x 48" with two cutting heads ~ One bevel
(Choice of 45 degs. or 52 degs.) and one vertical for sizing mats/sheets.
- Two Cutting Zones : Able to cut board
sizes up to 32" x 48" on each zone or one Jumbo Board ~
48" x 66" across both zones.
- Computer Controlled: Precision
accuracy using NEW Alpha Windows Software.
- Hold Down: Vacuum hold-down
system or optional pneumatic clamp system available .

The Trucut system software allows:
- Viewing of your mat design in 'real time'.
- Multi-opening Mats: Each
multi-opening mat can have up to 50 assorted openings which may be
of various shapes. This facility allows "nesting" mats within
the "fall outs" of larger mats to minimize board wastage.
- Closed V-Grooving: Open or
closed ~ up to 3 per opening ~ with no physical adjustment required.
- Bevels : Bevels and Reverse Bevels,
plus vertical cutting.
- Setting : Simple double or triple mat
setting.
- Library : Comes complete with a library
of pre-designed mats.
- Simple : mats can be designed in seconds.
- Easy : Custo corners, many to choose
from.
